Hey folks, I have a query now. My husband is on h1b conversion few days back my f2 is was rejected as his deadline is nearing. His company now is converting to his h1b now I will be also changing my visa category to h4. My queries are 1. Does he have to come to India for stamping? Then only I can be eligible for my h4 application 2. How long will it take for his process to get? He is cap exempt? 3. Will my f2 rejection impact on my h4? I need to go to usa at the earliest. Can someone guide me ?
