3. It is now a legal requirement for all education institutions to help the Home Office prevent abuse of the Tier 4 Visa route. Institutions need to take proper steps to ensure that they only accept bona fide students and take measures to monitor attendances (i.e. all agreed and scheduled contact points) and report unauthorised absences to UKVI as outlined in the Tier 4 Guidance for Sponsors.
4. Failure to monitor attendances and absences, to maintain proper records, or immediately to report students who are in breach of the terms and conditions of their visa may result in suspension or revocation of its Tier 4 licence.

Ещё вроде как нельзя внутри страны переключаться с visitor visa на студенческую.
Во времена онлайн лекций, ничего не отслеживали, но сейчас, когда все офлайн, посещение точно отмечается
У меня на онлайн лекциях все равно QR код надо было не забыть сканировать🤡😂

Ни в каком. Тур виза не подразумевает обучение. Можно учиться на курсах, для которых не нужна студенческая виза.
Тур виза это только 180 дней в течение 365. И никаких прав не даёт.
У меня до сих пор онлайн лекции, и надо просто нажать кнопку «I am presented»
